I skipped through some of the walkthrough bits so I could get this to you faster (there wasn't much of it anyway.)

Riku says in order to destroy the remaining Bugs, he would be staying here. He says that Sora should hurry and go. But Sora says, “There is still time to save you.” and won’t leave.
Of course Sora wouldn’t leave at a time like this, Riku understands this. So first Sora will have to regain all of his abilities. Beyond the door is all of Riku’s data, made from his memories of the worlds. If Sora can retrieve that data, he would be able to get back his abilities. And at the same time, he says, I hope you will be able to find out what is behind the Bugs. Bugs had invaded every corner, and it is a dangerous place.

Once you’re finished with all of the worlds, Riku appears and tells you what he did in each world. After Agrabah is completed, you return to the world of Riku’s memories, and he says “I met you first on the island.” So if that’s the case, then who was the black coated man who he had seen in the Place of Awakening? Was it a completely different person?
A new world door appears, a door to Hollow Bastion. When he tries to enter the door, Riku tells him, “Don’t hesitate.” Sora doesn’t understand, but continues on into Hollow Bastion.
In Hollow Bastion there is Riku, who has been infested by Bugs. To get your abilities back, you must fight him again. It is just like the battle in the previous episode, but he is a bit stronger.
Then Sora returns to Riku. It says that “restoration is 90% complete” The world begins to rumble, along with the words, “The time to awaken has come...”

They return safely to Hollow Bastion, and the King and his friends will soon return to the real world. There they find out that something has happened. After Jiminy’s Journal has been restored, this world’s Sora and Riku will have had their memories erased. This was something that had to happen for everything to become “as it was before.” The King is sad, but Sora and Riku only smile. Then restoration is 100% complete, and an announcement says that “The data world will now be erased.” But Pete and Maleficent are still in “this world”. Even though they are evil, they can’t just leave them there. Sora goes after them.
Sora arrives in a new place, a world that has been partially deleted. Mysterious words resonate in the air, "Lost in battle, the flesh wanders... Offering [their] flesh, the will of darkness cannot be resurrected." Sora feels as though he has felt this before. He continues on.
At the end, Maleficent and Pete are there, along with an incredibly strong Darkside. Maleficent and Pete challenges it, but they only get erased. “Making everything into it’s power, eating everything.” It is Sora’s shadow, Sora’s Heartless. But it has become stronger as Sora has become stronger. Normally once hearts are released from Heartless they return to their normal selves, but in this world it is completely different. Hearts that have no where to return to are swallowed by this Heartless. Sora fights it.

At the end, the King is returning to the real world, he holds Sora’s hand, and they smile at each other. Everything is finished... except they still don’t understand the mystery behind the words left in the journal. Riku then contacts them. Now that the journal has been completely restored, “A new world door has been opened.” It is the data world of the data that had been added onto the journal. But Sora has already forgotten everything about the journey he just had. It would be dangerous to let him go on his own. But the King asks, “I want you to take [him? me?] into the data world once again.”
After reading it, I have the feeling that the "them" they speak of are those keyblade wielders who lost their lives in the Keyblade Wars. Just from the line "Lost in battle, wandering flesh", makes me think that perhaps this is our connection to BbS and in turn is also referring to the "them" that seems to be in torment. Also from the BbS trailer, door opens --> boys goes to save "them". Which is what we have here. Still, I feel a bit cheated that this particular game ends without giving us any real information.

Abbiamo lasciato Riku addormentato, senza sapere cosa potrebbe succedere.
Sora dice che sta andando a recuperare i dati Riku, e il Re cerca di fermarlo, dicendogli che è pericoloso. Ma Sora dice loro che vuole salvare tutti, così va nel Mondo Digitale di Riku.
La luce nel mondo dei dati è scarsa. Improvvisamente delle corone iniziano a spargersi ovunque. Queste sono le abilità di Sora e, perdendole, diventerà più debole. Appare Riku, ma questo è un “Riku di Dati Separati”, ovvero l'intenzione finale del Riku Digitale (?). Questo affida a Sora dei dati (che "qualcuno" ha aggiunto) che non erano nel vero Grillario.
Fatta eccezione per questo luogo, tutti i bug in ogni altra area sono stati distrutti, e ora tutto quello che è stato fatto dovrebbe collegarsi insieme ai dati e ricreare il Grillario, e il giocatore sarà in grado di svelare il mistero dei dati. Riku dice, al fine di distruggere i rimanenti bug, si sarebbe fermato lì. Dice che Sora dovrebbe andarsene in fretta. Ma Sora dice: "C'è ancora tempo per salvarti" e non vuole lasciarlo.
Riku capisce che Sora non avrebbe lasciato in un momento come quello. Quindi prima Sora dovrà recuperare tutte le sue capacità. Oltre la porta ci sono tutti i dati di Riku, creati dai suoi ricordi dei mondi. Se Sora recupera quei dati, sarebbe stato in grado di recuperare le sue abilità. E al tempo stesso dice, Spero che sarete in grado di scoprire cosa c'è dietro i bug. Questi hanno invaso ogni angolo, ed è un luogo pericoloso.

(NdT: non vengono specificati quali mondi, ma penso siano quelli digitali già visitati in precedenza: la Città di Mezzo, il Paese delle Meraviglia, il Monte Olimpo e Agrabah.)
Dopo aver completato tutti i mondi, Riku appare e ti dice che cosa ha fatto in ogni mondo. Si ritorna al mondo dei ricordi Riku, e lui dice "Ti ho incontrato per la prima sull'Isola." Se le cose stanno così, allora chi era l'uomo vestito di nero che aveva visto nel Tuffo del Cuore? Era una persona completamente diversa?
Appare una nuova porta che conduce a Fortezza Oscura. Quando Sora cerca di entrare nella porta, Riku dice: "Non esitare." Sora non capisce, ma continua a Fortezza Oscura.
Qui c'è il Riku infestato da bug. Per riottenere le sue abilità, deve combatterlo di nuovo. E' proprio come la battaglia nell'episodio precedente, ma è un po' più forte.
Poi Sora torna da Riku, che dice: "Il ripristino è completo al 90%".
Il mondo comincia a fare un gran boato, insieme con le parole: "Il tempo del risveglio è giunto..."
[battaglia contro Malefica Drago]
Tornano salvi a Fortezza Oscura, e il Re e i suoi amici faranno presto ritorno nel mondo reale. Ci dicono che è successo qualcosa. Dopo aver ripristinato il Grillario, i ricordi dei Sora e Riku digitali verranno cancellati. Questo era qualcosa che doveva accadere perché ogni cosa tornasse "come era prima." Il Re è triste, ma Sora e Riku sorridono. Quindi il restauro è completo al 100%, e un annuncio dice loro: "Il mondo digitale verrà ora cancellato." Ma Pietro e Malefica sono ancora in "questo mondo". Anche se sono cattivi, non possono lasciarli lì, e. Sora va da loro.
Sora arriva in un posto nuovo, un mondo che è stato parzialmente cancellato. Parole misteriose risuonano nell'aria: "Persa in battaglia, la carne vaga ... Offrendo [loro] carne, la volontà delle tenebre non può essere resuscitata." (???)
Sora si sente come si è sentito prima, e continua. (??)
Alla fine, Malefica e Pietro sono lì, insieme a un fortissimo Darkside. Malefica e Pietro lo combattono, ma vengono solo cancellati. "Fare tutto ciò che è in suo potere, mangiare tutto."
E' l'ombra di Sora, l'Heartless di Sora. Ma è diventato più forte di Sora. Di norma i cuori vengono liberati quando gli Heartless tornano al loro io originale, ma in questo mondo è completamente diverso. I cuori che non hanno dove tornare vengono inghiottiti da questo Heartless.

Alla fine, il Re sta tornando nel mondo reale, tiene la mano di Sora e si sorridono a vicenda. Tutto è finito... solo che ancora non capiscono il mistero dietro le parole nel Grillario.
Riku li contatta. Ora che il Grillario è stato completamente restaurato, "si è aperta una porta verso un nuovo mondo." E' il mondo dei dati che sono stati aggiunti sul diario. Ma Sora ha già dimenticato tutto sul viaggio appena affrontato. Sarebbe pericoloso lasciarlo andare per conto suo, ma il Re chiede: "Voglio che tu [mi?] porti nel mondo di dati ancora una volta. "
Dopo aver letto questo, ho la sensazione che i “loro” di cui si parla sono i detentori del Keyblade che hanno perso la vita nelle Keyblade Wars. Solo dalla riga di "Persa in battaglia, la carne vaga", mi fa pensare che questa potrebbe essere la connessione a BbS, e a sua volta è anche un riferimento a "loro" che sembrano essere tormentati. Anche dal trailer BbS, la porta si apre --> i ragazzi vanno a salvare "loro". Che è quello che abbiamo qui.
Eppure, mi sento un po 'ingannato che questo particolare gioco termina senza darci alcuna informazione reale.
